Harbor Care is a nonprofit that helps people across New Hampshire by providing housing, healthcare, and veteran services for those facing life’s toughest challenges. Our goal is to make sure everyone in our community can live safe, stable, and healthy lives with purpose and dignity.

Housing

Harbor Care offers safe and supportive housing solutions for individuals and families experiencing homelessness, helping them rebuild their lives with stability and security.

Healthcare

Harbor Care provides comprehensive healthcare services. From primary and dental care to mental health and substance use treatment and recovery, our goal is to keep our community healthy without creating financial hardships.

Veteran Services

Harbor Care is committed to supporting veterans through specialized services, including housing assistance, outreach programs, employment, and suicide prevention efforts, ensuring those who served receive the care and respect they deserve.
